Seminole County 4-H
"Youth can choose to learn about a myriad of topics from animal science, computer science, archery, horsemanship, care of livestock, cooking/nutrition, environmental education, consumer education, robotics, photography, sewing and clothing construction.
We currently have horsemanship, livestock, archery, citrus tree and rabbit 4-H clubs that meet in the area.
The club that focuses on community service as their main project is the 4-H Teens in Action Club.
The Seminole County 4-H Teens in Action Club, (T.I.A) is comprised of youth13-18 years who help facilitate educational and hands on activities for our Clover Kids Club participants 5-12 years of age. Teens in Action Club is a great opportunity for teens to gain important leadership skills and earn community service hours for scholarships! T.I.A Club meets once a month from 5:30PM-7:00PM for 4-H Clover Kids Club Meetings and from 7:00PM to 8:00 PM for the planning meeting in the Seminole County Extension Auditorium to discuss upcoming events and plan activities for the Clover Kids Club meeting."
